Enthomological collection
The corpus of the historical collection is represented by the material collected from Paolo Savi in the first half of XIX century: the importance of this collection rely especially on the fact that they contain specimens from now lost collection. The collection is being restored.
Modern collections are mainly represented by the drives effected during Museum research projects. Particularly relevant are specimens coming from the shores and the archipelagos of Tuscany, Sardinia, Corsica, Oman and Mexico.
